Parmesan Crusted Chicken Breast
Topped with sweet basil roasted cherry tomatoes. Served atop a bed of garlic spinach, with rice pilaf.
Tandoori Chicken
Grilled chicken thighs marinated in yogurt and Indian spices. With a golden raisin rice pilaf and curry roasted cauliflower.
Turkey Meatloaf with Mashed Potatoes
Just like Mom’s, only lighter! Served with sautéed green beans & mushrooms.
Spanish Style Salmon
Cilantro, garlic, and almond crusted salmon. Served with a sauté of tomatoes, chickpeas and garlic over couscous.
Beef Bourguignon
A nod to Julia Child – Cubes of beef, onions, carrots, and mushrooms slow cooked in red wine and herbs until tender. Served with parsley potatoes for the ultimate comfort food.

Southwest Chicken Chowder
Fresh vegetables, poblano peppers, corn, and shredded chicken in a creamy, southwest flavored broth.
